MEDIATION

THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS TO LESSEN YOUR PAIN

Resolving a divorce in court can cause a lot of stress, emotional pain, and damaged relationships for everyone involved. Highly contested divorce cases can leave a lot of destruction in their wake with little to no control over the outcome.  However, mediation is a process that allows the parties to have control over the resolution and outcome of their case with the assistance of a trained mediator.

WHAT IS MEDIATION AND HOW CAN IT HELP?

Mediation is required in all divorce cases, except where a party is found to be a victim of domestic violence. Mediation is typically required in Post-Divorce cases as well. In mediation, the parties are assisted by a trained mediator who works to help the parties resolve their case without the necessity of a trial.

Resolving your divorce in mediation can speed up the divorce process as well as substantially reduce the costs for both parties. Mediation can also substantially reduce the emotional damage that can be caused by a trial.

Camellia will be present with you throughout the entire mediation process to ensure that your rights are protected and that you walk away with the best possible outcome.
